Today’s New England infrastructure is some of the oldest in the country. We’re experts at assessing your situation and assembling an affordable engineering a plan that will meet your needs with minimal disruptions to your facilities. Culverts, treatment plants, manholes, pump stations or your most critical use areas, we’ll restore the structural integrity of your structures or add protective linings to increase the life cycle of infrastructure. Our long-term solutions have been in use for over 25 years.
Corrosion Management

Performing regular maintenance we identify problems before they become costly issues. We inspect valves for leaks, cracks, or irregular wear due to corrosive atmospheres. We check strainers for clogging, embedded particles, breaks, corrosion cracks and fatigue. We look for leakage from the pilot cover vent hole, damaged or loose diaphragm nut.

Infiltration and Inflow Control

Infiltration is when groundwater enters the sanitary sewer system through faulty pipes or manholes. These pipes might have cracks or leaks that let the water in. Inflow happens when groundwater and stormwater seep into the sanitary sewer system through private and public defects within the collection system. This can happen because of age, design, installation or maintenance issues or even tree root intrusion.

Grouting

Applying surface grout or liquid resin to stop leaks in above grade structures, stop infiltration in below grade structure, stabilize soils, control groundwater, and seal annular space between host pipe and liner.

Preventive

As the sanitary system age, they become less efficient and prone to infiltration and inflow. It is important to prevent polymer coating and liner disbonding, aggressive corrosion, pinholes, and thinner than specified coating applications. To prevent or slow down damage we replace manhole covers, apply chemical grouting, and add liners to the manhole.

Sprayroq®
There are several types of lining systems such as structure epoxy, hybrid epoxy, thermoplastic sheet liners, cementitious systems and polymer systems, but not all offer a long term solution. Sprayroq polyurethane solution is the only lining system offering a long term solution.
